Suzanne Waldrop

Suzanne has always been intrigued by real estate, but that interest peaked during her personal experience of selling and building a brand new home. She loves the process and recognizes the importance of having an experienced and knowledgeable agent in your corner.  Prior to real estate, most of Suzanne’s career was in higher education primarily at the University of Kentucky, as well as the University of Central Florida.  Since moving in 1994 to attend graduate school at UK, Suzanne has called Lexington home.  Suzanne works incredibly hard to give her clients her full attention doing everything to make sure they have a positive experience.

Katie Black

Customer Care Manager
Katie will be handling many of the details of your home purchase. She will help with all of the paperwork, keep you informed and coordinate inspections and closing. Katie will be helping to ensure a smooth transaction. She is a Lexington native and an Eastern Kentucky University graduate where she earned a BA in Public Relations.  She has a marketing background and combined with her cheerful, capable personality she is a welcome addition to The Duncan Team. Every contract has a minimum of 84 points of contact, Katie shines at managing this process.

Maritha Madsen

Interior Design and Remodeling
Maritha is highly skilled in helping your home look beautiful before or after the sale. She is a great resource for preparing a home for sale or assisting in decorating after a client’s new home has closed. Maritha also serves as a New Construction Consultant in the event that a client should choose to build their home.

Karen Boudreaux

Realtor
Karen is realtor and marketing specialist which allows her to create the best product for the market.  Being the daughter of a broker who was in the business for over 40 years, Karen grew up in real estate.  She is a graduate from Murray State University where she earned a BS in Business and Marketing.  Prior to joining our team she worked for Trammell Crow Residential and Capitol Land Company.  She has bought homes in 3 different states  so she has great experience with job transfers and helping families move and transition to new areas.
